Support and QA engineer (24-40 hours per week)

  • First and second line support
  • QA game and software testing with a focus on game testing
  • Flexible schedule with hours in the weekend and in European evening hours (CET)
Minimal Skills:
  • At least 2 years prior experience in first and / or second line support
  • Affinity with technology through education or interest
  • Customer oriented with excellent communicative skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Proactive and observant
Monster Skills:
  • Technical or communication bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Fluent in other major languages
  • Experience with installing graphics drivers and other software
  • A passion for games
