Welcome to Utomik, the Netflix of gaming. Utomik offers users a subscription with unlimited access to more than 1300+ games. Founded in 2014, Utomik is a global gaming company with a team of 30+ people, and is headquartered in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. 

We are now looking for a dedicated, all-round marketing manager. As our new marketing manager, you will be responsible for and actively involved in a very diverse set of activities involving:

  • managing the internal marketing team (3 people, 4 if you include yourself)
  • briefing and managing an external communications agency
  • marketing and communications strategy, tactics, and operational execution

Together with your team, you’ll be responsible for the website, the launch of new B2B and B2C services, email marketing, social media marketing and community management. You will be part of the management team of Utomik and expected to report to the management board. The team reports to you and depends on you for coaching as well as making sure they have what they need to excel. 

You are also expected to be actively involved in:

  • marketing & PR campaigns
  • content-marketing optimization
  • e-mail, marketing, and copywriting
  • audience definitions & related database management
  • customer journey optimization (shared responsibility with the technical product owners)
  • positioning of the B2C and B2B products of Utomik

Utomik is looking for:

  • a commercial business professional with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • someone who is fluent in both written and spoken English. A hands-on manager that collaborates with the team for the execution of tasks and projects
  • 8+ years of relevant and documented experience in digital marketing and communications, and ideally also with product marketing

Preferably you also have experience with:

  • scale-up companies preferably in gaming, digital media and entertainment
  • data management platforms, commercial side of subscription business (funnels, LTV, churn, data cohorts, etc.)
  • B2C/B2B brand management

You will work closely with the other management team-members, like the CEO, CTO, CSO, Director of Content, and Chief Content Officer.
